I really like to know the current status of loan and any potential “land mines” during the process. Joe was absolutely the best in keeping one informed and constantly giving updates of the loan and or documents status. Joe quickly answers emails or phone calls seven days a week which speaks to his relentless customer service. Shop for the best loan, but give Joe an opportunity to see what he can do.
Joe is so easy to work with. He is friendly, respectful and explains everything effortlessly in a way that is comfortable and very easy to comprehend. Joe made himself available by phone and text throughout the whole transaction in very timely manors. He is knowledgeable and a man of his word. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a loan officer, work with Joe- you will be very satisfied.
A very helpful part of this was good communication. Joe is patient and listens to questions, and has excellent understanding of professional details. There was no problem in asking, more than once, for clarification on something. He knows his business and explains thoroughly in a kindly way.
